Nocopi Technologies (OTC Pink: NNUP) is a leading US-based specialty ink producer. Nocopi's patented and proprietary specialty inks have been used in a wide variety of end markets spanning: children's entertainment reactive ink books, anti-counterfeiting and product/brand security, industrial ink applications, and consumer products, pharma/healthcare products.

Douglas Elliman leads the New York real estate market by sales volume and ranks as one of the nation’s largest independent residential real estate brokerages. Douglas Elliman possesses a comprehensive suite of real estate solutions, an industry-leading luxury brand name and a team of world-class employees and agents. In November 2021, parent company Vector Group announced the filing of a Form 10 registration statement creating two independent publicly traded companies and announced the appointment of Michael S. Liebowitz to the Douglas Elliman board of directors.

Airspan Network Holdings Inc
Airspan Networks Holdings Inc. (NYSE American: MIMO) is a U.S.-based provider of groundbreaking, disruptive software and hardware for 5G networks, and a pioneer in end- to-end Open RAN solutions. In August 2021, Michael S. Liebowitz joined the Airspan board of directors.
Illuminarium Experiences
Illuminarium Experiences is a new tech-driven entertainment experience enables visitors to see, hear, feel, smell and affect experiences they only dream about through state-of-the-art technologies. The venue is a technological and theatrical marvel and is supported by relationships with the world’s finest service providers. In June 2021, M2A Family Office participated in a Series B financing round to support the buildout of new locations.
Archipelago
Archipelago operates in the $1T trillion annual commercial insurance premium market that is opaque and inefficient. Launched in 2020, Archipelago is seeking to transform how large owners of commercial property use AI for data-driven decisions to manage property risks and improve insurance outcomes. In Summer 2021, M2A Family Office participated in a Series B financing round with Stone Point Capital.

altumAI is an insuretech business with a Saas powered platform that seeks to improve workplace health and safety in real-time. The proprietary platform uses data, machine learning, and AI to proactively reduce and avoid worker risk and improve claims processes. The platform was recognized in 2020 as New Product of the Year by Occupational Health & Safety Magazine. M2A Family Office invested in Q1 of 2021 with NFP and is enthusiastic to support altumAI’s accelerating growth.
Alliant Insurance
Alliant Insurance Services is one of the nation's leading distributors of diversified insurance products and services. We acquired our interest in Alliant Insurance as part of the sale of Harbor Group to Alliant. We are very enthusiastic about our investment in Alliant and continue to participate in the management of the business.
Mondrian South Beach
The Mondrian South Beach is a 300-room hotel set on Biscayne Bay's waterfront in Miami Beach with direct marina access. We purchased a 50% interest in the hotel in December 2019 before executing a $20M property-wide transformation to overhaul the property with a modern-tropical theme utilizing natural and organic materials sourced throughout the world. The transformation was completed December 2020 and we are very excited about the future of the Mondrian South Beach.
Baia Beach Club
Baia Beach Club is a members-only club located at the Mondrian South Beach hotel. The beach club, which was part of a $20M overhaul of the Mondrian South Beach, launched in December 2020. Baia Beach Club offers dining, entertainment, boat dockage, full-service wellness and fitness, and a curated program of exclusive member-only events.
Stone Point Capital
Stone Point Capital is a leading private equity firm with 20+ years of experience investing in 130+ companies across the financial services sector. We have a deep relationship with Stone Point, and they are a preferred investing partner of ours. We currently hold investments in their flagship funds and look to co-invest with them as opportunities arise.
Green REIT
Green REIT is an Irish publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trust. Green REIT owns 16 assets located primarily in Dublin, which offer high-quality, well-leased assets along with opportunities for development upside. We invested in this public-to-private transaction in February 2020.
Henderson Park
Henderson Park Capital focuses on acquiring real estate assets throughout Europe, including top-tier and marquee office buildings, hotels, and industrial properties that are undermanaged, underutilized, or require a repositioned capital structure. We invested in Henderson Park Capital in 2016 as a long-term investment.
Hallman and Lorber Associates Inc.
We obtained majority control in Hallman and Lorber in 1999. Hallman and Lorber administers and provides pension actuarial services for pension and 401k plans for companies throughout the United States. We continue to operate this business.
Innova Risk Management
Innova Risk Management is a leading insurance specialty firm that provides real estate insurance programs to condominium and co-op properties. We purchased a controlling interest in Innova in 2006 along with our minority partner Douglas Elliman Real Estate. After significantly growing Innova organically, we exited the equity in October 2019; however, we continue to take an active management role in the business
Past Investments
New Beginnings Acquisition Corp.
New Beginnings Acquisition Corp. was a blank check company that IPO'd on the NYSE American stock exchange in November 2020 and announced a business combination in March 2021 with the transaction closing in August 2021. Michael S. Liebowitz was the Chief Executive Officer and Director.
Ladenburg Thalmann
Ladenburg Thalmann, founded in 1876, is a diversified financial services company offering independent advisory and brokerage services, asset management services, investment research, investment banking, institutional sales and trading, wholesale life insurance and annuity brokerage and trust services. Michael S. Liebowitz served as a board director from 2019-2020.
NFP
NFP is one of the world's largest insurance brokers. Through a transaction with Harbor Group in 1999, we became founding investors and principals in NFP. NFP went public 2003 where we monetized a portion of our investment and ultimately exited NFP in 2010.
Harbor Group
Harbor Group was founded in 1995 after recognizing the need for expertise within financial institution's lending groups relative to insurance risk. Harbor pioneered the risk analysis within the CMBS lending markets. In 2016 we sold an interest in Harbor to Stone Point Capital in order to position the company for further growth. In 2018 we completely exited our investment in Harbor to Alliant Insurance Services.
Harbor Group Insurance Services
We founded Harbor Group Insurance Services in 1994 specializing in placing insurance for midsize and large National and multinational public and private companies. This brokerage business grew significantly and completed several acquisitions before being spun off to a public insurance brokerage in 2007.
Hilb Group
The Hilb Group is a leading middle-market insurance agency. We were one of the initial investors in The Hilb Group alongside the founders and its private equity sponsor. We served on its board and Hilb was ultimately sold to Abry Partners.
High Street Valuations
We created High Street in 2017 establishing a one of a kind insurable value appraisal platform. High Street specializes in providing insurable values to banks, capital market lenders, owners, and property management companies. We exited this investment in October of 2018.
